摘    要:图书馆作为保存、传播知识的知识信息中心,作为为教学和科学研究服务的学术性机构以及学校信息化和社会信息化的重要基地,虽然不是一个以追求利润为主的企业组织,但也同样涉及到降低成本和提高经济、社会效益提高的问题,必须顺应时代发展,实现服务内容由信息到知识的增值,提高对用户的贡献度,因此引进知识管理,提供知识服务成为了图书馆的必然选择。
