| 摘 要： | 企业是社会的基本单元之一,其和谐建设对构建和谐社会有着直接的推动作用。建设和谐企业,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必要步骤,也是企业发展壮大的必要条件。从理念和制度等方面对如何以人为本地建设和谐企业进行了探讨,以期对企业的和谐建设产生一定的积极作用。
