| Abstract: | This paper outlines the connotations and features of talents of science and technology and their management,analyses the features of globalization of science and technology and their influences on the management of those talents,and elaborates emphatically the current situation and problems of such management in China.Lastly,in view of the new requirements of the globalization tendency of science and technology,it advances a series of countermeasures as to the management of talents of science and technology. |
