| 摘 要： | 中国大学治理目前面临着一系列问题,大学的办学自主权尚未真正落实,社会参与大学管理的渠道不畅,大学内部各权力主体的责、权、利纠缠不清。建立现代大学制度、优化大学治理理念、完善大学组织法律法规是实现中国大学良治与善治的有效途径,其中制定与完善大学章程是关键。

| Abstract: | The problems in China's university governing at present are as follows:The decision-making right of running a school has not yet really fulfilled;The social participation university management is not free;The responsibility,right and benefit of every main body are entangled.Building modern university system,optimizing university governing philosophy,and perfecting university organization and regulations are the effective approaches.And the key is to establish and perfect university statute. |
