| 摘 要： | 政府对高校实行绩效考核是一个世界性难题,破解难题的首要任务就是要确定正确的价值取向,并制定科学合理的绩效考核体系、考核办法,并正确运用考核结果.中国政府对高校实行绩效考核的价值取向应坚持促使高校回归公益属性,认真履行人才培养等职责,并实现可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Performance assessmnet of higher schools is a world-wide problem.The main task on how to solve problem is to confirm the right value orientation,design a scientific performance assessment system and exercise the assessment result correctly.The value orientation of Chinese governemnt’s performance assessment should help higher schools return to "commonweal",fulfill the obligation of personnel training and achieve sustainable development. |
