青海省旅游产品游客满意及忠诚的影响要素分析

摘    要:文章对青海省旅游产品的构成要素进行分析,采用结构方程对旅游产品各要素的满意情况与游客总体满意和忠诚的关系进行分析,从而获得青海省旅游产品各要素的发展状况,为青海省旅游产品的发展和完善,以及旅游资源的规划和开发提供参考。

Abstract:It is critical for a tourist destination to understand the state of tourist product development.An effective way to do this is to investigate the tourists on their satisfaction and their loyalty to the destination.This study analyzes the tourist product elements at the tourist destination.The structural equation model(SEM) was employed to identify the relationship among the tourist product elements,tourists’ satisfaction and their loyalty to the destination.The state of tourist product development was achieved from the analysis.The research provides managerial insight for improving the existing tourist products of Qinghai.
