| 摘 要： | 春秋初年的管仲佐齐桓公尊王攘夷之功为历代美谈,但对其治国思-想中的法治部分作出系统评价的却是几百年后战国末期的韩非.集法家大成的韩非肯定了管仲在齐国实行的变法改革,并认为变法改革是齐国成功的关键.他对管仲思想中的"刑罚""因能而受禄,录功而与官"的法术思想表示赞同,并对其思想中不成熟的方面作出批评.
