| 河南省高水平运动员退役安置现状与对策分析 |

| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈、数据统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,通过分析河南省五所高水平运动员招生布局院校(2005年-2015年间)和七所体育单招布局院校(2011年—2015年间)对高水平退役运动员入学、毕业和就业安置情况,并针对在招生和就业安置过程中出现的问题,进行了探索和对策分析,提出了建立高校体育后备人才培养基地的人才培养、输送机制及鼓励高水平运动员结合专业特长自主创业的思想。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to explore the Afro-American Female Image in Anne Porter&Eudora Welty’s Short Stories:"The Jilting of Granny Weatherall"&"A Worn Path".The paper talks about them almost separately and it intends to show these two Afro-American women who have different life experience actually share the same kind of noble spirit and their likeness and familiarity lie on their pride and strong mind which supports them to finish the responsibility in their life. |
