| Abstract: | Culture is the emblem of civilization of human creative ability.The multiculture of Northeastern minorities has fostered the diverse national languages.National culture is the important requisition of the generation and development of national languages.Without the ever-lasting communication of languages,there will be no development and prosperity of national culture,so national language is the major means for national culture transmission and development. |
