论任务型组织的目标结构

任务型组织的任务是单一的,但是,当完成任务的行动以目标的形式展现出来的时候,也会构成一个完整的目标体系。其中,社会目标、组织目标和组织成员的个人目标是这个体系的三个构成部门。任务型组织的社会目标是基本目标,是其他目标赖以展开的基础和核心。在组织目标方面,表现出与常规组织以组织自身的存续为目的的情况完全不同,而是突出的完成任务的目标。在组织成员个人目标方面,则突出了组织成员价值实现的内容。任务型组织消除了常规组织中社会目标、组织目标与组织成员个人目标的矛盾和冲突,使它们有机地统一起来。

The Study of Goal Structure in Task-Oriented Organization

Task-oriented organization has a simplex task,and when the task comes into action,it will constitute an integrated goal system.This system is made up of social goals,organizational goals and individual goals.Social goals form the nucleus of other goals,and they are the basis of task-oriented organization.Organizational goals give prominence to achieve organizational task's,while routine organizations focus on its existence.And individual goals emphasize members' value of self-achievement.Task-oriented organization can eliminate contradictions and conflicts between social goals,organizational goals and individual goals,and integrate them organically.
