大学生村官职业发展长效性解析

为鼓励和吸引更多大学生到农村扎根,支持社会主义新农村建设,国家在大学生村官计划实施中采取了多种优惠政策,为吸引大学生到农村任职奠定了良好的基础。但也造成了大学生村官计划的短效性,使大学生将去农村就业当成谋求自身利益的跳板,难以保证大学生村官计划成为一项长效运行机制。政府部门应在加强对大学生村官政策及出路分析的基础之上,探求大学生村官职业发展的长效运行机制,以解决大学生村官计划的短效性和大学生村官自身职业发展的困境。

Analysis of Long-term Career Development of University Graduates Serving as Village Leaders

In order to encourage and attract more university graduates to work in the rural areas and support new countryside construction,the government has adopted a variety of preferential policies in the program of university graduates serving as village leaders.These policies laid a good foundation in attracting graduate to serve in rural areas;however,it brings about some short-acting effects.In this situation,the universtity graduates take the employment in the rural area as a springboard of seeking their own interests.Therefore,the program has not formed a good long-term operating mechanism yet.Based on the analysis of various preferential policies and the future for graduates serving as village leaders,it is suggested that the government should explore the long-acting mechanism to deal with the problems of the program and the dilemma of the graduates＇ own career development.
