| 摘 要： | 以大连市上市公司为例，分析上市公司的特点和上市公司发展对老工业基地振兴的积极影响，对上市公司在发展中的障碍因素加以剖析，最后就如何进一步推动上市公司发展及其更好地在老工业基地振兴中发挥作用提出建议。

| Abstract: | Taking Dalian's listed companies as an example,the paper analyzed the listed companies' characteristics and the positive influence of the listed companies'development on the northeast old industrial base revival.Then it pointed out hindering factors in the development of the listed companies and put forward opinions on how to promote the development of the listed companies which displayed functions in northeast old industrial base revival. |
