党的知识分子政策经过萌芽、探索、形成和发展几个阶段,形成了一个包括哲学基础、理论基础、原则方针和具体政策四个不同层次的完整体系.党的知识分子政策需要随着实践的发展而发展.在我国,知识分子已经成为"工人阶级的优秀部分",过去有关知识分子的某些具体政策已显过时,现在应强调知识分子的主体地位.

With the several stages of sprouting, exploring, forming and developing, the intellectual policies of the Party has become an integrated system, including four levels of philosophy foundation, theory basement, principle and concrete strategy. The intellectual policies of the Party's need to develop with the practice. In China, the intellectuals have become an excellent part of the working class. Therefore, the past concrete policies, such as "in politics to believe in, in life to take care of, in work to make full use of", are out of fashion and need further development.
