| Abstract: | Under the new supervision mechanism of state-owned assets,SOES entrepreneurs are a sort of special human capital,who are characterised between "human capital" and "social capital".Therefore,SOES entrepreneurs cannot be called "entrepreneurs" in a strict sense.Rather they are a kind of "quasi entrepreneurs".Knowing this is very important for the construction of incentive system of the SOES entrepreneurs under the new supervision mechanism of state-owned assets. |
