法官内部考核机制研究

摘    要:法院对法官进行考核是评价法官的一种方式,也是法院管理的一项重要内容。建立科学的法官考核机制既是现代法院管理的需要,也是法官职业化的要求。我国目前的法官考核机制还存在着种种误区。应对法官的职业道德、职业技能、职业理论水平和审判实绩进行全面考核,并在《法官法》规定的框架内进一步完善法官考核程序。

Abstract:The interior assessment of judges by the courts is one of the important activities of court management.Scientific judge's evaluation system is an urgent demand of professional judges team as well as that of modern court management.There have been incorrect practices and opinions on it in China.Therefore,we should protect the assessment system of judges' professional morals,skills,theory level and trial effect.Besides,we should reform assessment procedure of judges according to the Law of Judges.
