文化多样性与教师教育

摘    要:文化多样性的存在,决定着教师教育必须把多样性文化列为必修课。多样性文化的产生,自有其内部与外部要素,主观与客观条件。多样性文化的构成,有许多特性因素。这些要素、条件、特性,推动着文化不断朝着多样性方向发展,直接关联着多样性文化的内容与形式,也与教师教育包括学校教育息息相通。因此,必须处理好多样性文化与教师教育之间的关系,搞好教师多样性文化教育。

Abstract:The existence of cultural diversity determines that teacher education must regard diversity culture as a compulsory course.The emergence of diversity culture has its own reason,such as internal and external elements,subjective and objective conditions.These factors promote our culture to variety.It directly affects the content and form of diversity culture,even teacher education and school education.Therefore,we must deal with the relationship between diversity culture and teacher education so that we can do a good job of teacher diversity culture education.
