当前我国利率市场化过程中的问题剖析及对策建议

利率市场化是指金融市场资金供求双方自主确定利率水平的利率决定机制。目前我国利率市场化程度还比较低,主要表现在:利率管制程度高、利率调整不灵活、缺乏有效的基准利率和利率运作主体行为不规范。为此,我们必须从宏观经济环境和微观经济主体两方面进行改革,以降低利率市场化改革成本,促进利率市场化目标的顺利实现。
