| 摘 要： | 现代教育的使命就是要培养有创造能力的人才,教育学作为一门实用性较强的学科,在教学中更应该通过各种途径培养学生的创造能力,如设置民主和谐的教学气氛、正确引导和培养学生的创新意识、积极进行各种能力的训练等。
