| 摘 要： | 师德建设决定着高校的人才培养质量,关系着我国高等教育的发展和前途。本文分析了当前高校师德建设面临的形势和任务,对新时期师德建设的内涵进行了凝练和提升,并提出了加强和改进高校师德建设的几点措施。
