| Abstract: | Of the key functions of government is supplying public goods, of which esstnce is fairness and justice. Nowadays dislocation and vacancy in supplying of public goods in our country is very serious and this significantly influences the stability of economy and development of society. So we should change the notion that government is the only subject of supplying public goods and realize the diversified reform of supplying. This dissertation analyzes the present conditions and puts forward suggestions for the reform. |
