| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的理论，既是对我国改革开放和现代化建设经验的科学总结，又是对马克思主义关于社会主义社会建设理论的丰富和发展。建国60年来，我党带领和团结全国各族人民在社会主义建设的理论和实践上都进行了努力探索，并取得了历史性突破。

| Abstract: | The theory of building a socialist harmonious society, both of China＇s reform and opening up and modernization drive a scientific summary of the experience, but also of the Marxist theory on building a socialist society has enriched and developed. After sixty years of the founding of the PRC, the party has led and united the people in achieving a historic breakthrough. |
