| 摘 要： | “街角青年”是一个带有明显亚犯罪特征的青少年边缘群体。本文以天津市Y社区为例。分析了“街角青年”的一般特征和成长环境。建议立足社区。整合家庭、学校、社会各方面的资源，构建帮教“街角青年”的社会联动机制，使“街角青年”早日告别“街角”、回归主流。

| Abstract: | ＂Corner Youth＂, a young marginalized group which shares the characteristics of obvious semi-delinquency. The paper takes Tianjin Y community as an example, analyzed the general characteristics and growth surroundings of ＂Comer Youth＂; and the community is proposed as the base, we should integrate the power from various fields such as family, school and society, construct social linkage mechanism of admonishing ＂Comer Youth＂, urging them to take an early farewell to the ＂corner＂ and return to the mainstream. |
