新农村建设中农民法律意识的构建

社会主义新农村建设是中国法治建设的一个基础性工程，没有中国农村的法治化就没有整个中国的法治化。本文通过引用相关数据总结了农民对法律的了解状况以及在实际生活中农民运用法律的方法和程度，分析了农民法律意识危机产生的原因，提出构建农民法律意识的建议：加大农村法制教育力度，培育农民现代法治理念；推进司法体制改革，实现司法公正；加强农村基层干部队伍建设，实现依法行政。

Formation of Farmer's Legal Awareness in Building New Countryside

Building new socialist countryside is one of the fundamental project in the construction of the rule of law in China. Without rule of law in the countryside, there is no rule of law in the whole country of China. Based on the summarization of farmer＇s knowledge of legal rules, ways and degrees of farmer＇s utilization of legal rules in real life through citing corresponding data, this paper analyzed the reasons why farmers are short of legal awareness and put forward suggestions on how to form farmer＇s legal awareness. These suggestions include： strengthen the legal education in the countryside; cultivate farmer＇s ideology of modern rule of law; push forward the reform of judicial system; realize the justice system; strengthen the construction of rural grass-rooted leaders to realize administration according to law.
