农村青年就业问题的解析

当前我国有1亿以上的农村富余劳动力需要转移,其中绝大部分是青年。解决农村青年就业问题对社会治安和社会的稳定发展,对切实提高农民收入和提高团组织在青年中的影响力、凝聚力、号召力都有重要意义。目前,一方面农村青年自身素质欠缺,如受教育程度低、劳动技能匮乏、竞争能力贫弱等;另一方面社会服务工作还有待加强,在组织化程度、专业技能培训、维权等方面工作都急需加强。为此,要转变观念,促进农村青年就业;下大力气做好他们的培训工作;继续深化就业体制和运行机制的改革;注重发展劳动密集型产业和企业,扩大就业容量;扩大社会保障覆盖面,把农村青年纳入社保范围。

Analysis on Employment of Rural Youths

At present,surplus labor of more than 100 million in China's rural areas need to be transferred,and most of them are youths.It is of great significance to solve the employment problems of rural youths to maintain public order,increase the peasants' income,and enhance the influence,cohesion and calling ability of the Communist Youth League among rural youths.However,problems exist as follows: on the one hand,rural youths are of low personal qualities: being poorly educated,lack of skills,low competence,etc.;on the other hand,social services need to be enhanced in the organization extent,vocational training,and right protection.Specifically,to promote employment of rural youths,it is necessary to change the conceptions,make efforts to provide sufficient vocational training,further the reform of employment,and focus on developing labor-intensive industry and enterprise,and extend the range of social security to rural youths.
