区域旅游环境容量研究——以宜宾地区为例

旅游环境容量是区域治理与综合开发的重要影响因素之一,是区域生态产业布局的基础。本文在概述宜宾的丰富旅游资源与开发现状的基础上,对其旅游环境容量进行了计算、分析和评价。结果表明,生态容量与空间容量都很大,而生活容量严重不足,日旅游生态容量与日旅游空间容量分别为1004.06万人和178.50万人,日旅游生活容量与年旅游生活容量则分别仅有0.50万人和182.50万人;旅游生态容量与旅游空间容量都处于"极富"水平,容量等级均为"5",容量系数分别为0.9991和0.9951,而旅游生活容量的容量等级仅为"1",处于"极缺"状态,容量系数为-0.7315;接待能力与旅游交通是宜宾旅游环境容量的两个最大限制因素,旅游环境容量的提高应在维护生态容量与空间容量的同时,改变生活容量低下的局面,加强市境内外风景旅游区的整合,以促进宜宾旅游资源的开发和区域经济的发展。

A Study of the Tourism Environment Capacity: the Case of Yibin City, Sichuan Province

The tourism environment capacity is the most important factors to the regional comprehensive development and management,also is the base of ecological product.On the basis of generalizing rich tourism resources and its exploited situation,the tourism environment capacity of Yibin City in Sichuan province had been calculated,analyzed and evaluated in this paper.The main results were as follows which may be useful to Yibin City's tourism economy development.Contrary to living capacity's absence which its data in a day and in a year were 5000 and 1,825,000 people respectively,firstly,ecological and spacious capacities are abundant enough which their data in a day were 20,040,600 and 1,785,000 people.Secondly,ecological capacity and spacious capacity were all in "ample" levels,which rank scores were "5" and capacity coefficients were 0.9991and 0.9951 in sequence.However,the rank and coefficient of living capacity were only "1" and-0.7315 respectively leading to its "lacking extremely" level.Finally,tourism accommodation ability and tourism traffic had been proved two biggest restricting factors for tourism environment capacity of Yibin City.It was necessary to promote tourism resources exploitation and regional economy development to enhance tourism environment capacity by maintaining ecological and spacious capacities and improving living capacity.
