| 摘 要： | 电子政务是政府机构应用现代信息和通信技术 ,将管理和服务通过网络技术集成 ,在互联网上实现政府组织结构和工作流程的优化重组。公安交通管理部门电子政务还存在种种制约因素。制定和完善建设、管理、使用等一系列制度 ,确保公安交通管理电子政务的顺利开展和推广使用。

| Abstract: | E-government means the government optimizes and ref or ms its organization and work flow on internet by using modern information and co mmunication technology,combining management and service by network technology.Th e development of e-government of police traffic-management is limited by a numbe r of factors,and needs a series of rules for construction,management and applic ation to assure their progress. |
