庆阳市发展低碳经济的思路分析

低碳经济是以低消耗、低污染、低排放为特征的经济发展模式,其实质是建设新的产业结构和能源结构,以最少的温室气体排放获得最大的社会产出.发展低碳经济是摒弃传统的经济发展模式,实现经济发展与资源环境保护双赢的必然选择.从庆阳市经济发展现状出发,对发展低碳经济的限制因素和基本思路展开分析,并提出了相应的措施和建议,以期推进区域可持续发展.

An Analysis of the Approach of Developing Low Carbon Economy in Qingyang City

Low carbon economy is characterized by low consumption, low pollution, low emission mode of economic development, the essence of which is to build new industry structure and energy structure, with the least amount of greenhouse gas emissions, achieve maximum social output. Developing low carbon economy must abandon traditional mode of economic development. Developing low carbon economy also is to realize the economic development and resource environmen tal protection win-win inevitable choice. From present situation of Qingyang City＇s economic development , this paper presents an analysis of some constraints and the thinking of development of low carbon economy, and puts forward the corresponding measures that promoting sustainable development in Qingyang City.
