| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后,传统的农业保护措施在很大程度上被削减,而大力发展农业保险不但可以降低农业生产的自然风险损失,也符合农产品国际贸易自由化发展的客观要求和趋势。目前,我国农业保险仍存在较多问题。在WTO框架下,完善我国农业保险体系、推动保险发展势在必行。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO, the protection on agriculture will be limited on nonprice means. Among these, agricultural insurance is an effective one that not only declines the natural effects, but also is a tendency towards agri-products globalization in future. The paper analyses the conditions and problems of agricultural insurance in China, and provides some useful suggestions for the development of agricultural insurance after China' s entry into WTO. |
