| 摘 要： | 农业经济增长方式的转变是实现全面建设小康社会的一大举措,大幅提高农村人口的文化素质是实现农业经济增长方式转变的关键。提高农村人口的文化素质有多种途径,大力发展农村成人教育是其中最有效的途径之一。阐述了农业经济增长方式转变的内涵,并通过分析当前农村成人教育的现状及其存在的问题,提出了发展农村成人教育的对策建议。

| Abstract: | To change the economic growth pattern of agriculture is a great measure necessary to build a well-off society in an all-round way,whose key lies in substantially improving the cultural quality of rural population.There are many ways to achieve this improvement,among which developing adult education is one of the most effective.After a detailed explanation about the connotation of the change of economic growth pattern,the paper analyzes the current situation in rural adult education and the existing problems and then puts forward some solutions to them. |
