| 摘 要： | 霍布斯、卢梭、黑格尔分别作为英、法、德资产阶级革命时期最具特色的政治思想代表人物，他们的国家观颇具争议，都曾被冠以专制、极权的名义，但在其精神实质上，却有着根本的不同。这种不同体现在他们各自关于自然状态与自然权利、社会契约说及其国家学说特征的论述上。经由以上诸方面的探究，可以清晰地辨识出这三种国家观所体现的从专制主义到理想主义演进的脉流。
