Analysis of the Core Competition in Higer Learning Institution

The core competitive power in higer learning institution has characteristics on the nature of value,non-uniformity,ductility,knowledge.The paper proposes the major factors affecting the competition in higher learning institutions,the university culture,the characteristic subjects,the modern university system,of which,culture is the foundation,subject is the key,system is the guarantee.And it proposes training the core competition power has its basic way from these three aspects.
