为了解决社会转型期出现的多种社会问题,消除不和谐因素,必须重视发挥非政府组织的特殊作用。在构建和谐社会的过程中,非政府组织可以通过加强和完善自身的运作能力,构筑一定的社会文化基础,建立与其他社会主体的良性互动关系,有效地发挥其特有的作用,从而填补公共管理机制性缺口、援助边缘群体、促进政治民主化和环保事业的开展。

The Role of NGOs in the Process of Building a Harmonious Society

Non-government organizations(NGOs) play important and special roles in solving social problems and unharmonious factors during the social transformation.NGOs can enhance their status by strengthening and perfecting their operational capabilities,forming a certain social cultural fundamental and cooperating friendly with other organizations.Through these ways,NGOs will fill the systematical gap existing in the process of public management,assist isolated groups and promote the development of the political democracy and environmental protection.
