| 摘 要： | 语言符号是联系人主观意识和客观世界的桥梁，人借助语言符号去认识世界，了解世界。而不同的语言符号所指向的在人们心中的事物也必然有所不同，从而在潜移默化中塑造了人们对事物认识的差异。在对英汉语符意指系统差异的比较中可以看到英汉语民族在认识世界方面的不同之处，即世界观和语言哲学观方面的差异。
