| 摘 要： | 新中国成立60年来，人权观的嬗变历程分为两大时期5个阶段。在人权特性、享有主体等领域，人权观的内容都发生了巨大变化。总结新中国60年人权观嬗变的历史和内容，可以看出中国人权观的嬗变呈现出历程的曲折性、概念演变的渐进性、发展动力的内化性以及发展主体的官方性等特点。

| Abstract: | The evolution of the outlook of human rights in the past 60 years in China can be divided into two periods and five stages. The connotations of human rights have changed enormously in terms of their characteristics, contents and the subjects involved. To sum up, the evolutionary process is characterized by its development by twists and turns, gradual acceptance, inner driving force and active promotion by the government. |
