对高职高专院校创新学生党建工作模式的思考

加强大学生党建工作是加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的重要环节，根据高职高专院校的特点和实际，高职高专学生党建的工作模式有：开展“十个一”活动，做好学生入党的引路人；精心打造“党员发展发散链”，做好入党积极分子培养的架梯人；认真构建“党团工作立交桥”，做好党员争先创优的搭台人；规范制定“育苗成才”制度，做好支部建设的创牌人。

Innovative Working Models of Party Building among Students in Higher Vocational and Technical Institutions: Some Thoughts

To strengthen the Party building work is an important link of enhancing and improving the ideological and political education among college students. Based on their characteristics and practice, the working modes of Party building among students in higher vocational and technical institutions are as follows： （1） to organize the ＂Ten Ones＂ activities, acting as a guide for the students to join the Party; （2） to build elaborately ＂Divergent Chain for Party recruitment of new members＂, acting as a medium for cultivating the activists who apply for Party membership; （3） to construct carefully ＂Overpass for the work of the Party and the League＂, acting as the mediator to help the Party members strive to be advanced and create excellence; （4） to create the framework of ＂Cultivating the talents＂, acting as a founder of the construction of the Communist Party branches.
