| 摘 要： | 良好的公司治理生态有利于公司治理效率的提高,对农业上市公司的持续稳健发展具有重要的战略意义.文幸运用制度经济学理论,从正式制度设计和非正式制度约束两方面分析了农业上市公司治理生态失衡的根源,并提出了相关控制策略.隶属于正式制度的内部治理结构、外部监督管理等,应从制度的完善和执行力上进行校正;隶属于非正式制度的社会生态、精神文化层面等,应从制度的正规化和约束力强化上进行控制,以此为农业上市公司治理构建良好的生态环境.
