| 摘 要： | 托妮·莫里森是第一位获得诺贝尔文学奖的非洲裔美国黑人女作家.她在小说创作中善于把小说人物置于某个黑人群体之中.本文通过对比<最蓝的眼睛>和<宠儿>中的主要人物在群体中的归属模式,阐明群体与人物有着不可分割的关系黑人只有在自己的群体中才能找到真正的自我,只有在本民族文化信仰的支撑下才能实现完整的自我.

| Abstract: | Toni Morrison is the first black woman writer to win Nobel Prize for l iterature. Through analyzing the characters in her novels, we may find Morrison always arranges individuals in some group. By exploring her novels The Bluest Ey es and Beloved , this thesis tries to demonstrate that individual and gro up c annot separate with each other: only in his own group, can the black man identif y hims elf; only on the basis of his own cultural belief, can he achieve integrity of h umanity. |
