| 摘 要： | 当前 ,我国金融业中的风险主要表现为 :信用风险、市场风险、流动性风险、汇率风险、系统风险、犯罪风险等。随着我国金融业的逐步对外开放 ,我们必须进一步建立与健全我国金融监管的法律体系 ,改进监管的方式与手段 ,建立和实行金融监管责任制 ;以人为本 ,努力造就一支政治合格 ,业务过硬 ,既熟悉金融法规 ,又懂监管技术、监管方法的精干、高效的监管队伍

| Abstract: | Currently,China's financial risk mainly includes credit risk,market risk,mobility risk,exchange rate risk,system risk,criminal risk,etc.With China's financial industry's gradual opening up to the outside world,it is imperative to establish and perfect China's law system of financial supervision,to improve the mode and means of supervision,to establish and carry out the responsibility system of financial supervision,to take people as the focus of work,and to form a team of supervisors who are politically qualified,professionally competent,and familar with financial laws and supervising techniques and methods. |
