| 摘 要： | 大学生思想政治教育是一个系统工程,其教育过程是一个由多种要素构成,有其内在矛盾推动,并按其内在规律辩证发展的过程,有其自身的特点,并具有校园环境制约规律、主导与主体互动规律、内化与外化规律、行为与利益相关规律、专业化与科学预见规律、教育与管理结合规律。实践证明,大学生思想政治教育只有认识、把握和遵循这些基本规律,才能真正取得实效。
