家庭是人类社会生活的基本单位。社会政治、经济、文化的发展都会直接影响家庭的发展变化。汉代是中国封建社会早期，许多制度、礼教仅初露端倪或正在形成过程之中。因此，汉代妇女在家庭中仍居一席之地。她们不仅有一定的财产所有权和支配权，还有对家庭成员及家庭重要事务的相当决策权。

On Women's Status in Family in the Han Dynasty

Family is the basic unit in human society. The development of social politics, economy and culture has directly influenced the development of family. Han Dynasty is in the early feudal stage of old China, in which many rules and rituals are not yet fully devloped and women at that time still hold their own places in family life. They have not only some rights of ownership and domination of family property but also the decisive rights to some extent to major family affairs .
