| 摘 要： | 企业契约分为显性契约与隐性契约,家族企业契约治理按其强度可分为9种模式。本研究按误差逆传播多层前馈方法构建的25-13-3型BP神经网络模型,能有效地识别家族企业契约治理模式。由此可推知,成长期、发展期和成熟期家族企业通常会分别选择弱显强隐、中显中隐和强显强隐的契约治理模式。而家族企业经营绩效的分类分析表明,强显强隐是家族企业最有效率的契约治理模式。
