| Abstract: | In the whole period of the Republic of China,Xinjiang was governed by Yang Zengxin,Jin Shuren,Sheng Shicai and the KMT government.In this period the various governing rulers carried out the reclamation policy respectively.Because of different influences,the results were not the same for each of them. |
