| 摘 要： | 近年来,学术道德失范行为的频发极大地危害学术研究。学术道德失范的表层原因是学术发表、学术评价、学术监督等环节的不科学机制,而深层原因在于大学定位的偏差。明确大学作为＂学术共同体＂的定位,制定可操作性的学术规范,形成合理的学术评价和健全的学术监督及编审机制,并增强学人的修养和提高研究能力,有助于构建良好的学术道德体系。
