| 摘 要： | 新社会运动的崛起是二战后西方国家出现的重要现象,它在行为主体、价值取向和组织形态等方面具有时代性特征。从社会变迁的角度看,新社会运动是国家与社会关系失衡、公民社会谋求参与治理的具体表现。由于面临诸多客观条件的限制,新社会运动的自主性和有效性之间存在冲突。

| Abstract: | New social movement,arising since the end of World War Two,has its own characteristics of the time,in terms of entity of actor,value orientation,and organizational shape.From the angle of social change,new social movement,as a result of the disequilibrium between state and society,is the sign of civil society seeking to participate in governance.Facing some objective constraints,new social movement falls into a conflict between autonomy and effectiveness. |
