| 摘 要： | 理工科院校大学生诚信教育队伍是开展诚信教育的骨干力量，是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。现阶段必须大力加强理工科院校大学生诚信教育队伍的建设，使其具备高尚的思想道德素质、较高的科学文化素质、较强的业务能力素质和较好的身心健康素质，确保诚信教育取得实效，实现这一目标的路径包括完善选拔机制、培养机制和发展机制。
