| Abstract: | The infrastructure is an essential part of our social economy, and it determines the development of the country and the quality of people's life. But the financing problem has long been an obstacle in urban infrastructure construction. This paper first analyzes the concepts and the characteristics of the infrastructure, and secondly analyzes the causes of the financing difficulty, and then proposes five solutions to the problems. |
