随着世界经济从工业经济形态向知识经济形态的迅速发展,经济与文化一体化已为世界经济社会发展的潮流.文化产业已成为世界经济中的支柱产业之一.北京是世界历史化名城,是全国的政治中心和文化中心,文化资源极为丰富.北京有必要也有可能将文化产业展成为支柱产业之一.将文化产业发展成为北京支柱产业的主要措施应包括:制定优先发展策,建立文化产业园区,引入市场运行机制,发展文化中介业,培养经营管理人才,发展巨型企集团,整合部分中央与地方企业,培育文化化的城市环境等.

On Developing Cultural Industry as One of the Key Industries in Beijing

With the change of economic formation from industrial economy to knowledge economy,the integration of economy and culture has been the development trend of economic development in the world. The cultural industry has been one of the key industries in developed countries. As the political and cultural center for China and one of the well-known historical and cultural cities in the world, Beijing is rich in cultural resources. It is necessary and feasible to develop cultural industry as one of the key industries in Beijing. The main countermeasures to develop cultural industry as one of the key industries in Beijing are offered as follows: 1) to make policies that will give priority to the development of cultural industry; 2) to construct parks of cultural industry;3) to introduce the market mechanism;4) to develop cultural brokerage;5) to train high level talents specializing in the operation and management of cultural firms;6) to establish super large-scale groups of cultural firms;7) to integrate some cultural firms separately belonging to the central and the local governments;and 8) to foster the city environment full of cultural atmosphere everywhere.
