摘    要:21世纪理学本科生面临的最大挑战是创新力.本科生导师制提供了培育创新力的理想环境.在北京理工大学这所研究型大学的理学专业实施本科生导师制,具有明显的可行性.预期可帮助本科生在期刊上发表学术论文、在科技大赛里获奖,从而有助于他们的未来职业生涯发展.

Abstract:In the 21st century the greatest challenge for the undergraduates of science is creativity.Tutorial system provides an ideal environment for fostering the creativity.The feasibility of carrying out tutorial system for undergraduates of science in a research university,such as Beijing Institute of Technology,is evident.It can be expected that tutorial system helps undergraduates to publish more papers on journals and win more prizes in creativity contests,and hence benefit them in their future career.
