| 摘 要： | 运用现场统计资料查询法、调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对高校与专业队篮球训练有关数据进行了对比分析,研究结论:(1)高校篮球训练从每节课:练习密度、平均心率/每10sce、移动距离总数、快速移动所占比例、周训练次数、天训练时间、平均天缺课人数、力量、身体素质训练所占周训练总时间都不及专业队。(2)高校训练在小强度———中等强度范围,这一点值得注意。(3)练习密度高校训练与专业队相差有10个百分点,从实际调查中反应高校的教练员在练习单元的转换和间歇的时间上花的时间比专业队更长。(4)CUBA目前的发展环境,以及大学本身的人文环境,有利于调动人的情绪、挖掘人的智慧。"学院派"的教练员不仅仅只出现在游泳池。(5)高校篮球训练尚有很大空间可以开拓。
