问题与对策:我国劳动者职业健康权保护探讨

职业健康权是劳动者的法定权利,是健康权的重要组成部分。保护劳动者职业健康是坚持以人为本、保障基本人权、实现公平正义、促进社会和谐的重要内容。伴随着工业化进程,职业健康权日益受到关注。尽管我国已付出很大努力,但职业病发病率仍居高不下。保护劳动者职业健康,需付出长期艰苦努力。政府须强化监管职责,用人单位须担负起第一责任人责任,劳动者须增强自我保护意识和能力,多管齐下,职业健康权才能得到有效保障。

Protection of the Right to Occupational Health in China: Problems and Countermeasures

The right to occupational health is a legal right for workers and is an important component of the right to health.Occupational health protection plays an important role in building a people-oriented,just and harmonious society.With the development of industrialization,workers’rights to occupational health have been drawing wide attention.The morbidity of occupational diseases still stays at high level in China despite the great efforts the government has made.To effectively protect workers’health the governments must strengthen regulation and supervision,the employers must assume the greatest responsibility,and the workers must increase their awareness of self-protection.
